यूपी पुलिस Constable Scorecard में Candidate की पूरी Information होती है। हर Detail को ध्यान से Verify करें क्योंकि यही Document Selection के सभी Stages में काम आता है।

UP Police Constable Rank Card: Normalized Marks क्यों होते हैं

यूपी पुलिस Written Exam अलग-अलग Shifts और Dates पर हुआ। अलग-अलग Shifts में Paper का Difficulty Level अलग होता है। UPPRPB इसे Fair बनाने के लिए Normalization Process Apply करता है। इसीलिए UP Police Constable Rank Card में Raw Marks की जगह Normalized Marks दिखते हैं। यही Normalized Marks Cut Off और Final Merit List में Count होते हैं।

Written Result के बाद Selection Process: 4 Stages

Written Exam Result केवल पहला कदम है। Final Appointment Letter पाने के लिए 3 और Stages Clear करनी होती हैं। PST, DV और PET Qualifying Nature के हैं, इनके Marks Final Merit List में नहीं जाते। Final Merit List केवल Written Exam के Normalized Marks पर बनती है।

Stage 1: Document Verification (DV)

DV में Candidates को Original Certificates लेकर Designated Center पर आना होता है। नीचे दिए गए Documents पहले से तैयार रखें।

  • 10th और 12th Certificate: Original और 2 Self-Attested Photocopies
  • Caste Certificate: OBC, SC, ST, EWS Candidates के लिए Mandatory (Competent Authority द्वारा जारी)
  • Domicile Certificate: Uttar Pradesh का Valid Domicile Certificate
  • Aadhar Card: या कोई अन्य Valid Photo ID Proof
  • Scorecard और Admit Card: Photocopies सहित
  • Passport Size Photographs: 4 से 6 Recent Photos

Documents में कोई भी कमी या गलती Disqualification का कारण बन सकती है। DV Date UPPRPB Official Website पर Announce होती है। सब कुछ पहले से तैयार रखें।

Stage 2: Physical Standard Test (PST)

PST में Candidates की Height, Chest और Weight की जाँच होती है। यह Qualifying Stage है, इसके Marks Final Merit में नहीं जाते।

Stage 3: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

PET में Running Test Clear करना होता है। यह भी Qualifying Stage है, इसके Marks Merit List में नहीं जाते। Result आते ही Running Practice शुरू कर दें।

Stage 4: Medical Examination

Medical Examination में आँखों की रोशनी (Vision Test), सुनने की क्षमता (Hearing Test) और Overall Physical Fitness की जाँच होती है। Medical Pass करने के बाद ही Final Appointment Letter मिलता है। Medical में Fail होने पर Candidature Cancel हो जाती है।

Final Merit List कैसे बनती है

UP Police Constable Final Merit List केवल Written Examination के Normalized Marks के आधार पर बनती है। UPPRPB Merit List तैयार करते समय 3 Factors Consider करता है।

  • Normalized Score: अलग-अलग Shifts के Candidates के Marks को Fair बनाने के लिए Normalize किया जाता है
  • Vertical Reservation: SC, ST, OBC, EWS के लिए UP Government के Vertical Reservation Rules Follow होते हैं
  • Horizontal Reservation: Ex-Servicemen, PwD और महिला Candidates के लिए Horizontal Reservation लागू होता है
  • Tie Breaking Rule: Same Score पर Age और अन्य Service Rules के अनुसार Priority मिलती है

UPPRPB ने Official Cut Off 21 November को जारी किया। General Category का Cut Off 214.04644, OBC का 198.99599, EWS का 187.31758, ST का 178.04955 और SC का 146.73835 रहा। ये Normalized Marks हैं।
