Phase 1 Phase 2 aur Phase 3: Teeno Mein Kya Fark Hai

EPFO SSA selection का सबसे important और अक्सर miss होने वाला fact यह है कि Phase 1 और Phase 3 सिर्फ qualifying nature के हैं, final merit list सिर्फ Phase 2 के marks से बनती है।

EPFO SSA Normalization Kya Hota Hai

EPFO SSA CBT multiple shifts में conduct होता है। अलग shifts में paper की difficulty थोड़ी vary हो सकती है, इसलिए NTA normalization use करता है।

• Raw marks वह होते हैं जो candidate ने actually score किए।
• Normalized marks वह होते हैं जिसे NTA shift की difficulty के हिसाब से adjust करता है।
• Easy shift में high raw scores को थोड़ा नीचे adjust किया जाता है।
