KRG Result Online कैसे देखें: Step-by-Step प्रक्रिया

KRG Result देखने के लिए कोई login या password नहीं चाहिए। Result एक PDF file में होता है जिसमें सभी students के roll number, नाम और marks होते हैं। Ctrl+F से आप अपना roll number सेकंडों में ढूंढ सकती हैं।

Desktop या Laptop पर KRG Result कैसे देखें

1. Google Chrome, Firefox या Microsoft Edge खोलें
2. Address bar में krgcgwalior.org/result type करें और Enter दबाएं
3. Page पर Month/Year dropdown menu ढूंढें
4. अपना exam session select करें जैसे November 2025, May 2025, March 2026
5. Submit button click करें
6. सभी available result links की list खुल जाएगी
7. अपने course का link ढूंढें जैसे BA Third Year, MA Second Sem Hindi, MSc IV Sem Biotechnology
8. उस link पर click करें, PDF एक नए tab में खुलेगा
9. Keyboard पर Ctrl+F दबाएं, search box खुलेगा
10. अपना 6 या 7 digit roll number type करें और Enter दबाएं
11. PDF viewer आपकी row को highlight कर देगा
12. अपने subject-wise marks, total marks और Pass/Fail/P.D. status note करें

Mobile पर KRG Result कैसे देखें

Android या iPhone पर Google Chrome में krgcgwalior.org/result खोलें। Month/Year select करें और Submit tap करें। अपने course का PDF link tap करें। Browser के तीन dot menu पर tap करें। Find in Page option select करें। Roll number type करें। PDF viewer आपकी result row पर jump कर जाएगा।

KRG Result Portal Slow हो तो क्या करें

• Result day पर server पर बहुत traffic होता है। 10 से 15 minutes wait करें और दोबारा try करें।
• Wi-Fi से mobile data पर switch करें या दूसरा browser try करें।
• Alternate official portal krg.ac.in पर भी KRG College Gwalior result available होता है।

KRG Result में Marks और Division System

KRG College UG results के लिए Division system और PG results के लिए CGPA Grading system use करता है। Marks कम आए तो घबराएं नहीं, revaluation का option available है। पहले अपने marks का सही मतलब समझें।

Minimum Passing Marks: KRG College

हर subject में 100 में से कम से कम 33 marks लाना ज़रूरी है। यह नियम KRG College के हर paper पर लागू होता है। किसी एक paper में 33 से कम marks आने पर P.D. (Promoted with Deficiency) status मिलता है।

Practical component वाले subjects में theory और practical दोनों में अलग-अलग pass होना ज़रूरी है। Theory में 33 लाने पर भी practical में fail होने पर P.D. मिलता है। CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation) में fail होने पर भी P.D. status आ सकता है।

KRG Result में P.D., ATKT और UFM का सही मतलब

ये तीन terms अधिकतर students को confuse करते हैं। हर term का अलग मतलब है और उसके लिए अलग action लेना होता है। Back paper की चिंता छोड़ें, सही जानकारी से सही कदम उठाएं।

P.D.: Promoted with Deficiency का मतलब

Result में P.D. मिलने का मतलब है कि आप अगले year में promote हुई हैं, लेकिन एक या अधिक subjects में back paper है। College आपको आगे बढ़ने देता है। Back paper का subject supplementary exam में clear करना compulsory है।

P.D. List इन programs के लिए separately publish होती है:

• BA programs: P.D. list main result PDF में ही शामिल होती है

P.D. होने पर supplementary form का deadline miss मत करें। एक भी deadline miss होने पर पूरा academic year बर्बाद हो सकता है।

ATKT: Allowed to Keep Terms का मतलब

ATKT का मतलब है PG First Semester student एक या दो subjects में fail हुई है, लेकिन college उसे Second Semester में बैठने देता है। KRG College MA, MSc, PGDCA, LLM और MHSc First Semester students के लिए अलग ATKT result publish करता है। ATKT back paper अगले exam session में clear करना ज़रूरी है। ATKT ignore करने पर PG degree incomplete रहती है और PhD admission block हो जाता है।

UFM: Unfair Means Case का मतलब

UFM का मतलब है exam में नकल या prohibited method use करना। KRG College किसी भी pending UFM case वाली student का result withhold कर देता है। Examination committee हर UFM case को अलग-अलग review करती है। UFM result PG First और Third Semester students के लिए publish होता है। UFM notice मिलने पर examination committee के सामने उपस्थित होना compulsory है। UFM notice ignore करने पर degree certificate permanently hold हो जाती है।

KRG Result देखने के बाद क्या करें: 5 ज़रूरी कदम

कदम 1: Result PDF तुरंत Save करें

Result PDF खुलते ही download करें या screenshot लें। Result day के बाद server traffic के कारण PDF slow या unavailable हो सकती है। Save की हुई copy official KRG Marksheet मिलने तक reference का काम करती है।

कदम 2: Marks कम आए तो Revaluation Apply करें

Result day के 15 से 30 days के अंदर KRG Revaluation के लिए apply करें। Revaluation में examination department आपकी original answer sheet दोबारा check और total करता है। Revaluation से 5 से 15 extra marks मिल सकते हैं। Revaluation में pass होने पर P.D. flag student के academic record से हट जाता है।

KRG Revaluation के लिए कौन Apply कर सकती है

• BA, BSc, BCom First और Second Year students
• MA, MCom, MSc Second और Fourth Semester students
• जिन students को लगे कि examiner ने marks सही नहीं दिए
• जिन्हें किसी specific subject में P.D. आई हो

KRG Revaluation Process: 4 Steps

1. Revaluation window के अंदर KRG College examination counter पर personally जाएं
2. Revaluation application form fill करें; roll number और subject name clearly लिखें
3. College fee counter पर prescribed revaluation fee per subject pay करें
4. Form submit करें और payment receipt proof के रूप में रखें

KRGPG KRG Revaluation Result application window बंद होने के 30 से 45 days बाद आता है। Updated marks krgcgwalior.org/result पर एक अलग revaluation result PDF में publish होते हैं। Same exam month और year select करके revaluation section खोलें।

कदम 3: Back Paper है तो Supplementary Exam Form तुरंत भरें

P.D. या Fail status देखते ही supplementary exam form भरें। Supplementary exam form krgcgwalior.org/notice.php पर available होता है। September UG supplementary exams का सामान्य month है। Supplementary result exam खत्म होने के 30 से 40 days बाद declare होता है।

Second chance exam भी होता है। इन UG programs के students eligible हैं: BA First और Second Year, BSc First और Second Year, BCom First और Second Year, BCA First Year, BBA First Year और BHSc First Year। Official notice के लिए krgcgwalior.org/notice.php regularly देखें।

कदम 4: Original KRG Marksheet Collect करें

Result day के 30 से 60 days बाद examination counter पर जाकर KRG Marksheet collect करें। Admit card, enrollment number और government photo ID साथ लेकर जाएं। सभी years complete करने वाली students को consolidated marksheet मिलती है जिसमें सभी years/semesters के marks होते हैं।

कदम 5: Degree Certificate और Migration Certificate के लिए Apply करें

KRG College graduates की Degree Certificate Jiwaji University, Gwalior issue करती है। Final year result के बाद Jiwaji University examination section में degree के लिए apply करें। Migration certificate के लिए KRG College examination office में apply करें। Final year admit card, सभी previous year marksheets और completed application form साथ लेकर जाएं।

KRG Result Withheld क्यों होता है और कैसे Resolve करें

Withheld result का मतलब है marks तैयार हैं लेकिन college ने release नहीं किया। Result में W/H या Withheld दिखे तो उसी हफ्ते examination office जाएं। अधिकतर withheld results student के personally आने के 7 से 14 working days के अंदर resolve हो जाते हैं।

KRG Result और Jiwaji University Result में अंतर

KRGPG KRG Result और Jiwaji University Result दो बिल्कुल अलग चीज़ें हैं। इन्हें कभी mix मत करें।

केआरजी students जो jiwaji.edu पर result search करती हैं उन्हें कुछ नहीं मिलता। KRG Result वहाँ exist ही नहीं करता। हमेशा krgcgwalior.org/result पर जाएं।

KRG Result और NEP: Result Format में क्या बदला

KRG College ने सभी UG programs में NEP (National Education Policy) apply की है। इससे result का पूरा structure बदल गया है।

• 1 Year बाद: Certificate award होता है
• 2 Years बाद: Diploma award होता है
• 3 Years बाद: Ordinary UG Degree award होती है
• 4 Years बाद: Honours या Research Degree award होती है

NEP के अंतर्गत KRG Result में CCE marks और MDC marks main exam marks के साथ शामिल होते हैं। CCE internal semester evaluation है। MDC यानी Minor Discipline Course एक extra subject है।

CCE और end semester exam दोनों में अलग-अलग pass होना compulsory है। केवल CCE में fail होने पर P.D. status आ सकता है, भले ही theory paper के marks अच्छे हों। CCE को हल्के में मत लें।
